QuickBooks Support Bronze

You receive telephone support on a pay-as-you-go basis. The fee is $95 per hour, billed in 10-minute increments. There is a minimum fee of $20 per call.

Telephone support is available at 631-547-8811 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST). All calls received by 1:00 p.m. EST will be returned by 5 p.m. EST. All calls received after 1:00 p.m. EST will be returned by 11:00 a.m. EST the next business day.

If we fail to return your call within the time specified in the preceding paragraph we will not charge you for that call.

Your QuickBooks Support Bronze Service plan also entitles you to other valuable services described in the QuickBooks Accounting Services including monthly accounting review and monthly financial analysis services at a low hourly rate and your income tax reduction plan and income tax preparation services at our flat rate of $275 for Personal Income Tax and $575 for Corporate Income Tax.

QuickBooks Support Silver

You receive one-hour of telephone support per month with no fee. Any unused time is not accrued to the next month. After one-hour, the fee is $85 per hour, billed in 10-minute increments. After one-hour, there is a minimum fee of $20 per call.

Telephone support is available 631-547-8811 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST. All calls received by 3:00 p.m. CST will be returned within 2 hours. All calls received after 3:00 p.m. EST will be returned by 9:00 a.m. EST the next business day.

Your QuickBooks Support Silver Service plan also entitles you to other valuable services described in the QuickBooks Accounting Services including monthly accounting review at no extra charge, monthly financial analysis at our discounted hourly rate, and your income tax reduction plan and income tax preparation at our flat fee of $225 for Personal Income Tax and $525 for Corporate Income Tax.

You receive unlimited telephone support for 12 months.
